Right of withdrawel

Important notice for custom orders: According to §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawel does not apply to custom-made instruments or personalized items crafted to your specific specifications. For custom orders, all sales are final.
The following right of withdrawel applies exclusively to immediate available stock items.
You have the right to withdrawel within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possesion of the goods. You can withdrawel without giving reason in text form (e.g. by letter, email) or by returning the goods.

The purchase contract will be canceled after the goods are returned and we will repay any payments already made by bank transfer within 14 days.
In the event of a return, the consumer must bear the costs of the return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.
Costs paid by the customer for telephone order acceptance, flat-rate shipping costs and cash on delivery fees will not be reimbursed unless the goods delivered do not correspond to those ordered.
If the goods show signs of use or damage when they are returned, Henrix Guitars reserves the right to assert claims for compensation.
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
In the event of disagreements and legal disputes, German law applies exclusively. To the extent permitted, the place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from the business relationship is agreed at the registered office of Henrix Guitars – Henrik Michalzik.
