We use third-party tools (WP Statistics) to analyze website traffic. This service operates locally on our server and does not process data outside the EU, sets cookies and stores IP addresses only in anonymised form. The data is not shared with third parties.
Web Hosting & Security:
Our website is hosted by All-Inkl.com, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
The hoster processes technical server log files on our behalf based on a data processing agreement (AVV) according to Art. 28 GDPR.
To protect our website against malicious traffic and cyberattacks, we use the security service Wordfence. This plugin analyzes technical data (such as IP addresses) to ensure the security and stability of our web presence.
YouTube:
Some pages (home page, Constance Guitar, Constance Bass, The story Behind Henrix) contain embedded videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). These videos are only loaded after you have given your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, §25 (1) TDDDG). When a video is loaded, YouTube receives your IP address and information about your browser, may set cookies and may transfer data to the USA. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Contact form and email: If you contact us, we process your name, email address and message to answere your inquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Messages are sent to us by email via All-Inkl. We delete inquiries after 24 months after last contact, unless a contract was concluded. In that case, statutory retention periods apply.
